Oh God... We Indians are crazy about cricket.. Yday d whole day was dedicated for discussing about, how India lost 2 England on 104.2 VOICE FM( BAHRAIN).. Wat all wer d reasons.. Who should be made bali ka bakra..

People give comments & suggestions as if dey r d masters of d game.. But wat 2 do.. dey bcum too much senti wen Team India loses:(

Like one comment was Dhoni shld be removed from captaincy... Oh dis is asking 4 too much

People tend 2 forget so soon all d good things done by him since last year as a CAPTAIN.

Temperatures are soaring here, yday it crossed 50 Degree C( But officially it was well below fifty)...
I have never been used to such high temperatures in my life till now( Many firsts ). Thank God i have shaved my head....


Its been horrible, no need to take bath also these dayz:)

Last week se mera jeena haraam hogaya hai.. Jabse i wrote abt my 1st trainer.. he's constantly blackmailing me tellin he'll not speak 2 me till d time i write sumthing ganda(very very bad) about one more guy of Rittal( Who was, who is and who will be in Rittal till eternity)... I can say he has dedicated his 7 Janmas 2 Rittal( I believe in one janma onli).....:))))))

So i'm being forced to write on a new character 2 u all.. Anywayz i had plans of writing about him onli but not sooooooo sooooooooooooooon.

To startoff abt him, a multifaceted guy, wasting his as well as others time in Rittal:)

There are onli few departments left in Rittal where he has not worked(I mean direct involvement).

In a span of almost 4 years @ Rittal


Flow of his career( Chronologically.... if i'm wrong pls correct me)

Dept No 1. Trainee( Purchase Engineer), worked 4 oneday...

Dept No 2. Shift Supervisor ( Raw Production)

Dept No 3. Planning Engineer

Dept No 4. Engineering( Stores)

Dept No 5. Truly Engineering(Pls dont ask me 2 explain)....


I never had the privilege to work with him in the same department... as i was half in Planning and other half in SAP but my workstation was just behind him.. so used 2 chat frequently... Ululu used to sit very far away but was in constant touch with both of us on fone:) Updating us on the happenings(future) in rittal....

Onething i don't ever want to do is going to shopping with him... most difficult of all.. becas he irritates too much... thinks thousand times b4 he buys anythin.. his taste is unique:)

I have a feeling dat oneday he'll be in the top post @ Rittal( Based on talent as well as seniority)

My 1st Trainer (@ Rittal)

As promised earlier my next topic is here (Promises r made 2 be kept)..

I want to shed light on a peculiar guy who never stops chitchatting.. HE is a body builder of sorts, his true identity will not be revealed here … Its 4 u 2 guess…


I was chosen as a replacement to him in RP( Raw Production) as Junior Supervisor cum Trainee ..Since he was promoted to one level higher(Dats wat he used to think at dat point of time), but later got 2 know d reality. His name is Ululu(Rittal identity).. No marks 4 guessin him now:)


The first time I met Ululu in RP, he took me around and introduced to all of production guyz , talked abt the processes, and within no time he told me baaro we’ll go to canteen, illi yen madtiya… Time was still 10:30 and the lunch time was 11:00… See wat impression he created abt himself here…

After having lunch he must have taken me bak to RP, but he told me come we’ll roam around the whole plant.. Yaaru nange yenu kelella..

My thought @ dis point of time was… How to fill d shoes of such a great man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




The time spent with him was great, he set a great example for all of us in the subject of Oathla.. I can say he had a doctorate in Oathla:) but had created a good image about himself with people who mattered:)


And how can I forget 2 spk abt the night shifts… Once wat our grt Ululu did was.. we all came at 23:00.. shift just started he greeted all and after 10min he was no where 2 be seen.. the shift was about to end.. handover completed and we( me, Snr Supervisor n logistics guy) were abt 2 make a move and suddenly from no wer our hero comes( Slept aaramse d whole shift) and tells me.. Kya karo be neend lag gayithi.. and gives a smile 2 all:)


Many more incidences are der and I’ll reveal as time comes.. b4 dat I have 2 introduce many people..
Till now u all know me, Cally n Ululu….. Whos’s next??? Any guesses??

Many FIRSTS

They are many firsts in life and few leave marks in our whole life.. I will be talking abt such experiences of mine here.....

My First Company (Early dayz @RITTAL)

It’s almost about to be an year old since I left Rittal India, but memories are still fresh in my mind.. Most of the times i feel.. i'm still in Rittal:)

Sometimes it’s a kind of watery thing:)...( DM) in my eyes when I think abt the dayz I had spent here, I made some wonderful frnds and made many many frnds which I had never made in my whole life till I joined here.

I still remember my 1^st day, I’ll include Cally also here…

I still remember our 1^st day… I came with Cally on his bike (1947 one) sharp at 7:30 A.M , we were at the reception.. waitin.. thinkin .. actually were happy 2 start a new life… I mean workin life.. new beginningJ

Oops I forgot 2 introduce d character called Cally I’m talkin abt…

Abt Cally: Till now even I was nt knowin him completely, bcas I never interacted much wit him in d college.. but Cally aka Vinay aka Shakalakaboomboom aka … hakka… bukka .. whatever .. he speaks sense… .. for nw its enough abt him…

Then finally introduction n all over n we both wer given a choice…

The choices were one will be in Raw Production(RP) and the other guy will be in Office till six months and den der will be rotation so dat we get familiar with all the departments..

The question now was who will be in RP for 1^st six months… it was decided by us on d spot dat it’ll be me in RP(It speaks abt our on spot decision making capability & Mutual Understanding).. since cally had joined some course and if u r in RP den u will be working in shifts( Dis was d actual reason not the earlier one)....

I had never imagined I’ll be in RP. I hope people can understand the way production guyz behave.. as if dey r d Kings n I was like a bheegi cat.. Meow meowJ

As time passed my whole view abt RP guyz changed, it depends on how they r treated by us..

I think I’m goin into minor details making it too borin for the audience… It’ll be better if I break up my experience into many parts which will be more interesting..
