Conversation btw a Rittallite(R) and his Frnds Or Relatives(FoR)..

FoR: Hey HRU & Wat u upto these dayz??

R: Till now I was fine but after joinin Rittal

FoR: Wat!!!!!!!!!!!! Reetttaaal aaa

R: hey its R I T T A L.. It’s a german firm man..

FoR: Oh okay.. Wat firm is dat..

R: Its basically a enclosures manufacturing company.. electrical, networking and we manufacture all types of enclosures…

FoR: Enclosures aa, Wat is dat da

R: hmmm.. its basically .. How 2 explain.. ya its d kind of boxes we manufacture…

R is still tryin 2 explain FoR.. Suddenly FoR stops him and says..

FoR: Oh DABBA manufacturing aa… oooooooo dabba na… adu helakke istwat beka.. dabba helidre sakittu..

R: Ayyo dabba nan magane… ade heltairudu ninge avaginda …




Most of the Rittalites will agree with me on this conversation.. Wat say guys

Finally I came 2 one conclusion 2day( Since I’m an Ex Rittalite now)

Rittallite = DABBA

Oops Sorry guys.. it should be "RITTAL=DABBA"

    Hey guys hope u all know me...I am a common man from an unknown world.
    More than that I would like to tell that i am an
    Ex- Rittalian.
    Though we may call it a dabba manufacturing firm its something more than that.
    I can quite confidently say that its one organisation where every qualified person can get a MBA degree without studying, as he will encounter the whole MBA syllabus face to face in his daily life at Rittal.He will also be subjected all practical events and decision making situations in shop floor or office floor which will be crucial for both him and as well for the company. Now dont ask me for MBA certificates.Its already there in you.

    As some unknown person from unknown country said experience is the best teacher. Even he needs to come to Rittal once to feel what he mentioned.

    So guys lets be proud that we have learnt a lot from our unexpected teachers and events at Rittal that has made us what we are.

    Hello R & FoR...I completely agree with Mr.G Vijay......You wont get this kind of working atmosphere in many companies, apart from salary most of things r good in Rittal.....

    Accessibility to any department is easy here n u will come across some really good ppl n finally they will become ur friends if ur good enough....
